3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about job requirements
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Pay all fees as agreed in the service contract
• Treat all candidates with respect and professionalism
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information

4. Candidate Obligations

Candidates agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in applications and interviews
• Maintain professional conduct throughout the placement process
• Comply with all employment agreements and workplace policies
• Respect confidentiality of client information

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees will be outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms, including due dates and methods, will be specified in the contract. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement.

6. Compliance and Legal Requirements

VSH Consulting operates in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws in the United States, including but not limited to:

7. Limitation of Liability

VSH Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Modifications to Terms

VSH Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
